Are you questioning your Social Security 2025 INCOME Statement

I have had several calls from clients who have received their annual income statement from social security showing their new monthly deposit. They are seeing a withdraw for their prescription drug plan that is INCORRECT. It seems that these statements printed and mailed before the Medicare plan changes were updated in their system.

If you received your NEW PRESCIPTION DRUG PLAN card you should be fine but the easiest way to check is to call 1-800-MEDICARE and ask the agent to verify what Medicare shows you are enrolled in for 2025. As long as that is correct then this is a little bit of a waiting game unfortunately.

Check your direct deposit when it comes against the social security statement. If it did not correct itself then you will need to call 1-800-MEDICARE and ask what needs to be done. Get a reference number and name of person you spoke with.
